Class IV Whitewater Park Trip
Trips through Durango’s Whitewater Park at high water. Available now until the water levels drop, probably around the end of June
The Animas River is currently experiencing high water levels during the Spring runoff! We anticipate these higher water levels to continue into early July. When the water is at these levels we are able to offer multiple trip options on the Animas River in Durango. We will continue to run our Family Friendly Class II-III Trip that is appropriate for most groups. Mountain Waters Rafting is also proud to be able to offer a Class IV whitewater trip option through Durango’s Whitewater Park for more adventurous groups. The San Miguel River
The San Miguel River outside of breathtaking Telluride, Colorado provide several outstanding river trips ideal for families, beginners, and seasoned river runner alike. Trips range from half day adventures to 2 day overnight experiences.
Piedra River Class III or IV Trips
This whitewater gem in the rugged wilderness has two distinct sections known as the Class III Upper Box and the Class IV Lower Box. Both trips are good for beginners and adventure seekers alike!
