Take a couple of hours to explore the river trail by bike and combine that with one of our three launch times for the Half Day Raft Trip. We have a fleet of American Flyer and Sun Cruiser bikes to experience one of Durango’s favorite treasures! Review from tripadvisor
This was a must do on our vacation and Mountain Waters did not disappoint. We did the family friendly trip on the lower Animas and it worked out great for our first try. Teddy our guide was amazing, he was so supportive and fun through our whole trip. Prior to getting in the water it rained and hailed, so the rapids were faster than earlier in the day. We had a lot of fun and was the highlight of our trip. We also rented bikes from Mountain Waters as they are close to the bike trail. The bike trail is very nice, with plenty of rest stops and parks. It goes right next to the river so there are beautiful views.
